Cinematic worlds
for brands, at AI speed.

We turn a brand brief into directed, consistent, commercially usable film. Product films, brand worlds and campaign-ready assets — carrying the ambition of cinema with the iteration speed of software.

the honest part

Most AI ads die at scene three.

Every generation is a fresh roll of the dice. The model has no memory of the shot before it — so by the third clip the face has shifted, the logo sits at the wrong proportion, and the light has jumped from window-left to window-right. Your customer notices even if they can't name it. The film stops reading as a brand and starts reading as a folder of clips — which is exactly the version no brand manager can approve.

Scene 01 · 00:00

The look is set

Key from the left, warm counter against a cool window. The product sits at true proportion and the badge is legible.

✓ Locked
Scene 02 · 00:06

Something's off

The grade has warmed a stop. The logo has drifted a few degrees. Nothing you'd flag in a review — but the eye files it as cheap.

~ Drifting
Scene 03 · 00:12

Different film

New face, new proportions, light now from the right. Legal won't clear it, the brand team won't sign it, and the spend behind it is wasted.

✕ Gone
the direction system

We write the film before we generate it.

Access to the models is not the advantage — anyone can rent that for the price of a lunch. The advantage is the production system wrapped around them. Six disciplines carry every Sarv project, and they are the reason scene sixteen still matches scene one.

Style bible

Lighting direction, colour ratio and lens character are fixed once, up front. Every shot inherits those rules instead of inventing its own — so the film has one grade, not sixteen.

Locked before shot one

Continuity anchors

Characters, products, logos and environments are described precisely enough to survive a fresh roll of the dice. Same face, same proportions, same badge placement — clip after clip.

Scene 16 = scene 1

Shot-by-shot direction

Each scene is handed a lens, a camera move and blocking before anything renders. Generation gets something to obey rather than something to guess — which is where "cinematic" actually comes from.

Directed, not prompted

Continuity library

Approved characters, products, environments, camera moves, colour profiles and sound motifs are kept and reused. Every project makes the next one faster and more consistent, instead of starting from an empty prompt box.

Compounds per project

Commercial safety

Source assets, music and voice licences, client approvals, AI disclosure and final deliverables are recorded per project. What you receive is cleared to publish, not just pleasant to look at.

Documented per project

Built for versions

One hero film becomes cutdowns, verticals, product variants and language versions — English, Hindi and Gujarati — cut to the same direction rather than re-generated from scratch.

how a project runs

Treatment.
Direction.
Versions.

Every engagement moves through the same three stages, so you always know what exists, what is approved, and what comes next.

01

Visual treatment

Concept, moodboard, lighting system, shot language and three hero frames — plus a short proof shot, so you see the world before we build all of it.

02

Directed production

Shot list, continuity anchors, generation, edit, colour and sound. Reviewed against the treatment at every stage rather than at the end.

03

Every version delivered

Hero film, cutdowns, verticals, language variants and captions — handed over with the rights and approval record for the whole project.

Directed by humans. Generated with intelligence. Ready to publish.
what we make

From one frame to a whole campaign.

Work is scoped by production outcome, not by clip count or prompt count — because what matters is whether the finished film is usable, not how many takes were discarded getting there.

Visual treatment sprint

The paid starting point. A concept, moodboard, style bible, three hero frames and a short proof shot — enough to judge the direction before committing to a full film.
